From a kayak and using a long telephoto lens, I captured an 'otter's-eye' view of this sea otter. Those long whiskers are useful when the otters forage in murky water for their favorite prey, innkeeper worms buried in the soft mud. When sea otters float on their backs like this, they are relaxed.
