I got into photography through BMX. Having been sponsored I was always working with photographers and was so fascinated by the whole process. Later, a friend and myself decided to publish South Africa's first BMX magazine called Source BMX Mag. We couldn't afford to pay photographers so I started shooting and documenting what was happening in the scene myself. One thing lead to another and I now find myself on retainer with Red Bull South Africa.
