Ingrid was born in the Netherlands and moved to Australia in 1981,
she completed her diploma in applied photography in 2012 and received her honours LAPS and AAPS from the Australian Photographic Society in 2015 and 2021. Her passion is Aeria/People and Travel photography.
She is a National and International Award winner,
self-published 3 award wining photo-books; "LADAKH" , "THE LAST MONTHS OF KATHPUTLI" and "AERIAL ART" ,a collection of abstract and landscape images showing an unique perspective of the relationship between geography and art, capturing images from the passenger seat of a small aircraft, for more then 2 decades.
