Chinmoy Das (born January 7, 1987, in Habiganj, Bangladesh) is an independent documentary photographer and filmmaker based in Bangladesh. He began his journey in 2013 through wedding and fashion photography, but over time, a passion for visual storytelling led him to focus on documentary work. His photography explores human experiences, cultural heritage, and the subtle moments of daily life. Preferring to work closely with people, Chinmoy aims to present untold stories with sensitivity and respect. Traveling is an essential part of his process, allowing him to discover deeper narratives behind the places he visits. He believes that the camera is not just a tool to record what is seen, but a way to feel what often goes unnoticed, in both the stillness of nature and the emotions of human life.

Recognized both nationally and internationally, his work includes 1st Prize (Best Video) in the international Wiki Loves Folklore 2025, 2nd Prize from Sony Bangladesh 2024, and 1st Prize from the Bangladesh Tourism Board 2023.
